Galette au sucre


  • Melt 10 grams (0,353 oz.) of yeast in a little mild water.
  • In 150 grams (5,296 oz.) of butter, mix an egg with 30 grams (1,059 oz.) of sugar and a zest of lemon.
  • Add 200 grams (7,06 oz.) of flour, a pinch of salt to yeast and knead the all.
  • Let get up two hours.
  • Spread out the pastry on the baking sheet in shutting down.
  • Cap with caster sugar.
  • Strew with small pieces of butter.
  • Roast 10 minutes.
  • Serve mild.
