| In 150 grams (5,296 oz.) of butter, mix an egg with 30 grams (1,059 oz.) of sugar and a zest of lemon. |
| Add 200 grams (7,06 oz.) of flour, a pinch of salt to yeast and knead the all. |
| Let get up two hours. |
| Spread out the pastry on the baking sheet in shutting down. |
| Cap with caster sugar. |
| Strew with small pieces of butter. |
| Roast 10 minutes. |
| Serve mild. |
