La galette de Pérouges*

Here is the recipe to do at home !

  • Dissolve 10 grams of yeast in a little bit of tepid water.
  • In 150 grams of butter mix one egg, 30 grams of sugar and a lemon zest.
  • Add 200 grams of flour and a pinch of salt to the yeast and knead it.
  • Let rise in during 2 hours
  • Roll the dough on your oven baking tray and fold down the rim
  • Cover the dough with sugar and little pieces of butter
  • Put it on the oven for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
