Here is the recipe to do at home !
- Dissolve 10 grams of yeast in a little bit of tepid water.
- In 150 grams of butter mix one egg, 30 grams of sugar and a lemon zest.
- Add 200 grams of flour and a pinch of salt to the yeast and knead it.
- Let rise in during 2 hours
- Roll the dough on your oven baking tray and fold down the rim
- Cover the dough with sugar and little pieces of butter
- Put it on the oven for about 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
